RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At TrendyDukan, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement according to the policy below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

• Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.

• Products damaged due to misuse, washing, ironing, or improper handling are not eligible for return.

• Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order number

• Clear photos/videos of the product

• Photos of the packaging

• A brief description of the issue

After verification, we may provide a replacement or refund.

REFUND

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method where applicable.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

RETURN SHIPPING

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, TrendyDukan will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Products that are used, washed, damaged by the customer, altered, or returned after the 3-day return period are not eligible for return.
